Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that clearance items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn shoes or accessories in their original packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
